Ninety-two percent of the share capital of Robert Bosch GmbH is held by Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH, a charitable foundation. The majority of voting rights are held by Robert Bosch Industrietreuhand KG, an industrial trust. The entrepreneurial ownership functions are carried out by the trust. The remaining shares are held by the Bosch family and by Robert Bosch GmbH.

Activity of Bosch Group in Poland includes automotive spare parts and diagnostics, power tools of Bosch, Skil, Dremel, Rotozip, CST/berger and heating devices offered under brands Junkers and Buderus, as well as electric drives and controls (Bosch  Rexroth). Moreover, Bosch produces in Poland brake systems (in Mirków near Wroclaw), but also sales and produces (in Łódź) household appliances under the company Bosch-Siemens Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego (Bosch has 50% of shares in the company).
